Divorce
In todays society divorces are a common things and a lot of people don't know that every time a divorce paper is signed that it doesn't only effect the person signing the paper but also the people around them like families and friends. In America 2013 about 50% of marriages end up getting divorce for many reasons.
To began the top main reason that half of marriages get a divorce is because of the lack of communication. The reasons following those are that some of the divorce couples suffered from abuse and others say the reason for divorce is because they no longer are attractive to the spout. Divorces can also affect the lives of the children of the divorce couple. Children from a divorce family are twice more likely to drop out of school then those who don't suffered from a divorce. Those who come from a divorce family also to have lower academic achievements and are also disengage with their families. Those children also are more likely to have both emotional and behavior problems.
The internet also seems to have a big impact in the divorce rates. For starters about 1/3 of divorce litigations are caused of online affairs and an 30% of online affairs escalate from emails to phone calls to meeting up in person. The states with the highest divorce rates in 2013 were Nevada, Maine, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Vermont. The lowest states of divorce in 2013 were Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and North Dakota.
